Hello! This is the last day of Stampin’ Up’s annual Sale-A-Bration promotion so there only a few hours left to place your last minute orders! Today I have two cards for you that feature the Tea Together stamp set on page 49 of the Occasions catalog and the Tea Time Framelits Dies, one of the Sale-A-Bration items you can get with a $100 purchase. It is very rare for Sale-A-Bration items to carry over into an upcoming annual catalog, so I’m happy to let you know that these dies will be available again beginning with the new catalog release on June 4th, 2019. The teapots in both cards are made using some of the beautiful papers from the Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper shown on page 130 in the catalog.
Card base – cut a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock at 4 1/4″ x 11″ and fold in half.
Run piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Whisper White cardstock through the Big Shot with the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder and adhere to front of card base.
Stamp teapot and cup and saucer images on sheet of Designer Series Paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and run through Big Shot using coordinating framelits dies. Adhere to card.
Stamp large rose and two small flower images on piece of Whisper White cardstock with Memento ink. Color flowers using these Stampin’ Blends: large rose – light & dark Calypso Coral, dark Flirty Flamingo, small flowers – dark Daffodil Delight for flower centers, light & dark Calypso Coral, leaves – light Shaded Spruce. Run through Big Shot with coordinating dies. Adhere to teapot and tea cup.
For the greeting I stamped “thanks” from the Beauty Abounds stamp set onto a small piece of Soft Sea Foam with Memento ink , however you can choose any greeting from your collection of stamp sets. I die cut the greeting with one of the labels from the Stitched Labels Framelits Dies and adhered it to the upper left corner of the card.
Card base – cut a piece of Night of Navy cardstock at 4 1/4″ x 11″ and fold in half.
Stamp teapot image on sheet of Designer Series Paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and run through Big Shot using coordinating framelits die. Adhere to card.
Stamp one of the small butterfly images from the Butterfly Gala stamp set with Memento ink onto small piece of Whisper White cardstock and color with dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend marker. Punch out with the Butterfly Duet Punch. Good news – this punch was put on “not orderable” status for six weeks and is now available again!
Stamp “thank you” greeting from the Climbing Roses stamp set on small piece of Whisper White cardstock with Night of Navy ink. Punch out with the Pretty Label punch. Adhere to bottom of teapot and then adhere butterfly to teapot with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals .
Run piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Mango Melody cardstock through the Big Shot with the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder. Cut piece of 1/2″ Night of Navy gingham ribbon and tie around embossed piece. Adhere to front of card base.

Where does the time go? I had to put Stampin’ Up! on the back burner over the last two weeks as I tended to my primary business, which is a business information consultancy, and to prepare for several tax returns. Now, as I’m coming up for air, Sale-A-Bration is coming to an end on March 31st. Stampin’ Up! had some amazing SAB products this year, as evidenced by how quickly some of them sold out. However, there are still five days left to earn these wonderful free gifts with every $50 or $100 you spend.
In addition to the above SAB products, you can also choose from the following items from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog as well as the beautiful Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper.
The following Sale-A-Bration Coordination Products are still available for purchase but will no longer be available after March 31st.
March is your last chance to take advantage of this fantastic starter kit offer from Stampin’ Up! If you are already a happy shopper, why not get a 20% discount on all of your purchases! You will also get to see new annual and seasonal catalogs in advance, place pre-orders, attend On-Stage events and enjoy many other perks. You do not have to be a business builder – you can simply be your best customer! Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in learning more about how to become a Discount Shopper! The exclusive Craft & Carry Tote will no longer be available when this promotion ends.
If you have questions about any of these products or if I can help you to place an order please don’t hesitate to contact me. Click here to shop my online store. Thanks for stopping by today!

Hello! Today I’m featuring a set of four cards I made using the Painted Seasons stamp set and Designer Series Paper that are part of the Sale-A-Bration Second Release offerings. In addition I used the Four Seasons Framelits Dies that are one of the Sale-A-Bration Coordination products. I designed these cards to showcase the gorgeous designer papers, which really speak for themselves! This stamp set doesn’t include any greetings so I went through all of my current stamp sets and pulled a variety that I thought would work well.
These are the basic measurements for all of the cards. Other measurements and supplies are listed under each card.
Card base – Whisper White Thick Cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 11″
Card mats – various colors – 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper – 4″ x 5 1/4″
Ribbon – various colors – 16″-18″ – give yourself enough slack to be able to tie a pretty bow. Tie bows onto the matted piece before attaching sentiments, etc.

“So Glad We Are Friends” sentiment from Incredible Like You stamp set – stamp onto Whisper White card stock with Mango Melody ink and stamp small leaf from Painted Seasons stamp set with Lemon Lime Twist ink.
Die cut sentiment using Layered Circles Framelits and die cut piece of Mango Melody card stock using coordinating circle from the Stitched Shapes framelits and attach to sentiment.
Ribbon – Granny Apple Green 1/2″ Textured Weave Ribbon

Stamp floral image on piece of Whisper White card stock using Petal Pink ink. Using Early Espresso ink stamp “Thank you for Being So Sweet” sentiment from Treat Time stamp set on top of the flower. Die cut using the circle die from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies. Attach to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Ribbon – Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack – Petal Pink
Mat – Call Me Clover card stock
Stamp “Hello” greeting from the Accented Blooms stamp set using Early Espresso Ink. Punch out greeting with the Tailored Tag Punch.
Stamp two ferns with Call Me Clover ink onto Whisper White card stock and die cut with coordinating Four Seasons framelit. Attach leaves using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and attach greeting on top of the leaves.
Ribbon – 1/4″ Copper Trim
I had a great time making these cards! The stamps and designer papers are so versatile and lend themselves to many different possibilities.

I love tea! I’m a lifelong tea drinker so every time Stampin’ Up! comes out with a tea-themed stamp set, I have to have it! I was so happy to see the Tea Room Suite in the 2018-2019 annual catalog and as nice as the images in the stamp set are, when I laid eyes on the Tea Together stamp set in the 2019 Occasions catalog, I was even more excited because these images are what I think of when I think of afternoon tea or tea parties – oh so lovely and feminine!
Last week I held a class with tea-themed projects using these products along with the Tea Time Framelits Dies, which is a Sale-A-Bration item that you can get for free with a $100 purchase. I was delighted to learn that these dies will be carried over into the 2019-2020 annual catalog! Today I am featuring the first of two cards using the Tea Together and Tea Time products and will post my other projects next week. I CASEd one of the cards shown on page 49 in the Occasions catalog for this project.
Here is how I made the card.
Card base – cut a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2 ” and fold in half.
Using the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper, select one of the 3 1/2″ x 5″ designs and trim with the Stampin’ Trimmer. Note that one side of the paper is Whisper White and the other is Very Vanilla so you can choose either side.
Cut a piece of the large Crushed Curry floral patterned paper from the Tea Room Specialty Designer Series Paper at 3 1/2″ x 5″ and adhere to the laser-cut piece.
Stamp the teapot from the Tea Together stamp set on watercolor paper with black StazOn ink. Stamp flowers onto the teapot. I stamped three flowers but you can also do one or two – your preference!
Watercolor the teapot using an aqua painter and Calypso Coral ink. For the flowers and leaves I used a blender pen, which I found to give more depth of color. I used Crush Curry ink for the flowers and Garden Green for the leaves. Stamp greeting on watercolor paper with black StazOn ink.
Die cut the teapot using the coordinating die from the Tea Time Framelits. Die cut greeting using the one of the hearts from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies
Tie a piece of Old Olive linen thread around laser-cut piece. I wrapped the thread around the piece twice before tying the bow. Add pearls to centers of flowers. Attach this piece to card base and then attach the teapot and heart greeting.
